Graduation
Just a reminder that the band will be performing the processional song, “Pomp and Circumstance” for graduation. Guys are to wear black pants and a white shirt. Ladies are to wear black and white. All students are to report to the band room at 6pm and everyone is to be picked up by 7:30pm!!! If the students are staying for the entire graduation ceremony, they must make arrangements to have someone bring their instrument back to the band room.
Final Practice
The final practice for the Washington Parade, Music Man performance and “Send Off” Ceremony will take place next Wednesday, June 20th, from 6-8. There will be no practice tonight due to McAuliffe’s graduation.
MANDATORY MEETING FOR WASHINGTON!!
On Wednesday June 20th, following the rehearsal, we are holding a MANDATORY meeting for all parents and students concerning the Washington trip. The meeting will be held in the auditorium and will begin at 8pm, as soon as rehearsal ends. The meeting should not last more than 30 minutes. The trip itinerary, luggage tags, room assignments, rules, bus assignments and much more will be posted and announced. Any and all questions will be answered at this meeting concerning the Washington trip.
June 26th – Send Off Ceremony
Please remember to mark your calendars for June 26th at 7pm for the “Send Off” ceremony. Students are to report to the high school at 6:30 and wear black and white.
