On Tuesday, September 14th, our monthly band parent meeting will be held in the chorus room starting at 7:30pm. We are still in need of parent volunteers to help with the marching band season! If you are interested in helping, even for just one game or competition, please attend the meeting. If you cannot attend the meeting, go to the website and email any of our executive board members. We have a new PA system that needs to go onto the field as well as many props and it takes about 10-12 parents for set-up and break down. Any help is much appreciated.

Just a few reminders: If you have been checking the website regularly you would have noticed an added practice this upcoming Saturday, September 4th, from 9am-noon. Please make arrangements for pick-up and drop off.

 Congratulations to the entire marching band for winning the Spirit Block Award for day eight of band camp! You have all worked very hard these past two weeks and we are very proud of all that you have accomplished! We are looking forward to a great season!

Tomorrow is the last day of band camp!! Please bring your red band polos, as we are taking a picture first thing in the morning. Forecast is still the same so bring extra clothes and dress appropriately.
At 3pm tomorrow, the band will do their final run through of the show on the band practice field. Anyone is welcome to attend to watch and listen what the kids have been working on all summer. If it is raining, we will perform in the auditorium around 3:15.
If you signed up and paid to attend the picnic at Candlewood swim club, it will still take place rain or shine immediately after band camp. Times are 4:30-7:30 and you must have your own transportation to and from.
